I lived here for two years. We had a good experience with the maintenance staff, but the office staff could be a little friendlier and a little more accomodating. The apartments are clean and well-kept. I didn't like having an additional fee to pay for use of the pool. Parking is great. If you choose to live here, ask for an apartment away from the trees. We had lots of spiders until we used spray foam insulator to seal up our front door. Rent was increased every year. My biggest problem was the Saturday lawn-mowing at 7am, so you better be an early bird if you get a first-floor apartment. Overall, I would reccomend this place, though there are nicer places in the area as well.
