I lived there for 2 years and I'm very happy I'm out of there. The apartment itself was ok...big enough and functional. The mantinence staff did a great job when they were allowed too. The property manager is an evil woman. Everything had to go through her. I had a roof leak for a year that caused damage to my furniture. She acted as if it was my problem and that I was overexaggerating. A giant puddle of water coming from my ceiling on a regular basis wasn't what I was expecting at this place. I had a shower that was always cold, and water pressure....haha thats funny!
The best part is that the woman is a freaking liar, she causes more problems than she fixes. AND I caught her and a mantinence guy taking pictures of my apartment when they thought I wasn't home. They said they were there to take pics of my ceiling in my bedroom that was damaged. Last I checked most people don't call the dining room their bedroom.
Just a bit of advice....don't let her charm you when you first visit. give it a week and you'll see what I mean.
