Two years living there has taught me one thing, never rent an apartment where tentants live above you. For two years, this man had night terrors and would scream and stomp his feet and wake me up every single night. Stomping up the stairs, stomping around from here to there, oh and lets not forget the slamming of the front door multiple times which would always shake the windows and walls. I got so sick of it.

My apartment was not renovated like the others yet they wouldn't let me move and they kept raising the rent bill. It went up $40 in two years, for what' The pool' You have to pay to use it. Bad experience.

Oh and yes they do have a roach, pill bug, and other bug problem. The spraying never did anything.

I would only recommend this complex if it were away from 741 and on the second floor.
