Keep Looking very loud and no privacy. kids and adults in the front yard and back you have to keep blinds and doors shut or they will just walk by and keep looking in. police are called often for a number of reasons. even when you complain nothing is ever done.

horrible Haven't lived there for a year now I get a water bill for 227 dollars these people will continue haunting you even if you don't live there. It cost me 4000 just to move out after my contract was up. They also forge you name on a new contract please even if you're desparate

Safe and nice I rented a 2 bedroom townhome which was very nice I thought new carpet close to the airport where I work and shopping very close
, the pool is kept very clear and open until 9:00 pm in the summer. And in the winter the owner has a plow truck and with a maint man on site our lot
