I have lived here 2 years and can not wait to get out. I had to renew my lease and crossed my fingers hoping that maybe things would be different or maybe the office staff would change. I have to say the last two reviews had to be friends of Melissa, the girl in the office because I have talked to other residents and the consensus is the same she sucks. (I mean look at the review..."Melissa 'do' care about the residents" who talks like that' 'do care'') She walks around with her keys and cell phone but that is about all. Nothing she says gets done and that is when she answers the phone. Over all the residents are ghetto and that is probably what turned them on about Cedar Ridge and Melissa in the first place. I understand that the world does not stop for things but I do pay to live here in my apartment where nothing ever gets fixed. If it is THAT crowded and there is only one person then maybe the office should get more help. Nothing can be as worse as having only Melissa to rely on.
