Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
move-in was good. rental staff was very helpful. utilities are expensive due to the old/ineffecient equipment. furnace blower is loud. fitness room should be open more. the laundry room in my building was frequently flooded. the kitchen sink would often backup into the bathroom sink. the bathroom sink trap disintegrated, which i replaced on my own because it was a sunday. those are all small issues though.
