Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
Since the new owners have taken over things have gone from me looking for a new place to me wanting to stay here for years.
The management is very helpful and friendly.They always look happy to see you and talk with you about anything, they're even wonderful with kids.
The repair men come to fix things within a day (under the old owners I waited over a month to get a new window when some kid from the school broke mine)
The buildings are being redone inside and out. They've put large paths in the woods for us to stroll to the library. They're fixing up an old lot on the property to put in a small park for the kids. There are new picnic tables and grills out near the pool. Everything is now well lit and safer.
The improvements since I first came are outstanding.
When I first moved here it was because I had to for my husbands work and we only stayed the next year because we didn't have the time to look for a new place and just renewed.
This year we're renewing because we genuinely want to be here and can't wait to see what the new owners will do next.
