The best thing this complex has going for it is location. It's in the heart of Monroeville, with relatively quick access to the mall, the Parkway East and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
It's an older property with a claustrophobic feel.
Other high points include laundry facilities in each building that are usually not busy and a halfway decent fitness center in the same building that houses the office.
Speaking of the office, the staff was mostly older, angry ladies with chips on their shoulders. There was one sweetheart there, but she was fired during my time there; Apparently she didn't fit in.
When touring this complex, make them take you inside the apartment you'd be living in. The building the office and fitness center are in have updated carpet, wallpaper and fresh paint... And you come in through the front. As far as I know, all the other buildings are more tired looking and you enter through the back (involving stairs).

Things have changed since the new onwner took over. There are all nice people up at the office and all the buildings are being redone apt. by apt.
