I have lived here for alittle over two years now and I like it. I really believe it's the greatest value in Monroeville as far as rents go. My apartment is quite large compared to my friends and family members at other properties throughout the Pittsburgh area. It's kept nice, the staff is good, I have no real complaints. However, I will agree with the one comment, that you do hear the band, but I look at it as it's better than hearing the parkway! Keep up the good work Birnam Wood!
