Pros: Cheap rent, heat included, location
Cons: Poorly constructed apartments, lots of noise, college kids around keeping odd hours. I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor makes, and it sounds like the ceiling is falling in. The carpets are very smelly, even though they were "steam cleaned" before I moved in. There is a cat urine smell that won't go away. The hallways also smell bad. Laundry is expensive at $1.75 per cycle. (almost $4 per load!) Bathroom is small and outdated. Parking can be hard to find on weekend nights.
