I lived in Deauville Park Apts for approximately 3 yrs. I lived in a one bedroom for one year and a two bedroom with my husband for 2 years. We really like it here. The staff was really nice and responsive. We never had any maintenance problems that weren't immediately resolved.
They were also very flexible. We were nearing the end of our lease and they allowed us to rent montly until we completed the purchase of our house.
The grounds are meticulous. The pool and tennis are very nice. The exercise room was adequate while I was there. Much of the equipment was outdated, but this may have changed.
When we moved to the 2 BDRM they put in new carpeting, bathroom and kitchen floors and gave us a new stove, so don't be afraid to ask if you think that things need to be updated.
They gave us back our full security deposit.
