Staff is extremely nice and know you on name basis. Some of the neighbors are nice and others aren't.

I lived in the one bedroom apartment not the deluxe one either. It's really not that great. Cold air leaks in through the windows in great amounts. Had ant problem when we first moved in but we keep our apartment clean so I'm not sure where they came from. There are bugs all the time, centipedes to be exact. We've found quite a few spiders. They were all alive too. They don't patch up damages from prior people very well either. The apartments above us may be better but I doubt it.

Walls are extremely thin. We can hear conversations over the TV from the hallway. Our neighbors have been loud and annoying. You can hear the people upstairs in the bathroom running water and when they walk around the floor makes noise. We've been woken up many times very early in the morning due to upstairs people.

Closet doors are extremely cheap and I've had to put them back together numerous time after screws have fallen out and the door actually came out of the groove it's in. They are noisey and ugly and just need updated for as much as we pay for rent.

Don't even get me started about during the winter time when it snows. THEY DON'T PLOW THE PARKING SPACES! They barely plow where you drive and they won't do it until the last day it snows. There was probably about 5 inches of snow piled up and they won't get it plowed until the last day they call for snow. The stuff they do put down on the sidewalks is this blue cotton ball type stuff and it makes it more slippery than the ice!

Our dishwasher eventually stopped cleaning dishes after about half a year of being here.

There are way more negatives than positives here. The gym is alright. Sauna is small. Hot tub shoots out cold water and there's no controls to make it warmer. Never used the pool yet but looks fine.

For as much money as they bring in with the overpriced rent, they could atleast update things a little bit.
