I live at the Village of Amesbury with 2 children. It sounds to me as the person who wrote the original complaint should live in a 55 and older community. Children will be children. It is a very nice place for families to raise their children with good school districts. Not too many communities are children friendly. The staff has always been more than helpful to me and it is appreciated. The maintenance man is very nice and does his best to make sure everything is done correctly...not everyone is perfect...if you want perfection do it yourself if you think you could do better. In fact with these expectations why do you rent' This is one of the better communities that I know of...I just wish they had a pool onsite. It is also a very diverse neighborhood (all races--from Chinese, to white, to black). I personally think it is a wonderful place to live.

I couldn't agree with you more, I love this place but wish there was a pool or playground for the kids.
