I have been here for six months and am very happy with my unit and the management. The grounds are well maintained and the service from the staff is excellent. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional with a very personal touch. One of the only issues I have are with the few residents who allow their children to have the run of the property with no regard or respect for tennants who have no children. My unit is very quiet, I never hear the neighbors, it roomy and laid out very well. The one thing I don't like is the entrance to the community is very dark and there are tennats who, for whatever reason, don't keep their post lights lit at night. It's two 40 watt bulbs, how cheap can the tennants get'' Turn the switch on! Other than the lighting issuse and parents who use the entire property as their private playground for their kids, I think Amesbury is a great place to live and have high regards for the managemant and maintence staff here.

Thanks, I wonder what you might think if you had children and no place for them to play inside the community. You can not actually think the parents have time to ALWAYS entertain their children. But thanks, because of folks like you I won't bother to rent here.
