dont ever get sick, become unemployed or have an emergency in which you may slightly get behind in your rent because the rental manager has no sympathy, compassion or understanding for anyone at all, even in a medical emergency..

The bus stop is not where the rental manager said it was when we moved in. Make sure to get the correct accurate information on the bus stop area and where it truly stops.

The inside area of the townhouse is not properly regulated with the temperature. It is always freezing cold on the main level floor and extremely hot on the top floor, so stuffy that you cant even sit in the loft and you freeze on the main level.

The one upstairs bedroom that faces the street is super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. There is no happy medium ever.

Poorly and cheaply built construction and the garage doors blow back and forth with the wind.

This week, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Not worth the price you pay here for rent at all.

The maintenance man though is very very nice and makes you feel comfortable and always helpful and willing to help unlike the rental manager.

Hope you will use this information wisely to make the best decision.

I live in Amesbury, the property manager is very understanding and kind. If you are having trouble it's more than likely because you are not "a little late" on the rent it's more like you don't pay it. This is a business here, if you can't afford to live here. Move. Go mooch off your relatives. The property manager is here to ensure the comfort of the tennatnts which she does quite well, and to secure the monies in rent for the owner. Your personal problems are not the development's problems. Go buy a house and stiff the bank on the payments and see how understanding they are. These are very nice homes here, not a luxury motel. Take a little personal responsibilty for your actions and quit looking to blame Amesbury for your lack of being prudent.

Thanks I won;t rent there. I don't like bugs or poor quality buildings.
