have been here a few years, my main problem is when they built these places for what we all pay.........there is no pool, no fitness center and no playground,
(amenities comparable rental properties usually offer)this is a problem for the entire community. For those tenants without children, they become annoyed by the children in the neighborhood with nothing else to do but ride bikes and run back and forth. For families with children we must be extremely creative in keeping our children busy outside of the community. This is sometimes difficult because most of the time this involves money, gas, etc. despite the rumors I don't see any evidence of the owners trying to change this situation.

Yes, but it should have been evident that there was no playground, no fitness center, etc before you moved in. That should not be a gripe. If that is what you were looking for in an apartment community, I guess you should have looked elsewhere...

We just spoke to the management yesterday about renting a place and they told us of not having a playground for the children. They also told us that there is a large park just nearby and that 10 minutes away they have a sister facility that has the amenities that you require now but did not require when you signed the lease. They said that we are able to use the pool, fitness facilities, and playground at the other facility. Although on a map the park does look a bit closer. Even in a regular neighborhood not everyone has a playground to play on, go play with your kids outside is all I can say.
