Nice place but expensive - Amesbury is a very nice place, well maintained. I been lived there for 7 years, I've seen tenants come and go. never rent again these management sucks. you have to ask thousand times to fix things before they fix it. if you ever decided to get apartment ask everything.if they promise they will do it make sure you get everything in writing because after few days they will tell you they did not say that.

discriminate tried to get an apt here but they broke the law and broke the fair housing act and were called on it and tried to back peddle and to make a long story short they did the mature thing they hung up the phone in mid converstion. class act !

have had several issues with land lord I have had payments lost, was charged late fees for payments that i mailed out. asked for copy of lease several times, still have not recieved. was told many things would be fixed and were not. hard to get any work done without asking several times.

THink Twice before you sign on the line with this place! dont ever get sick, become unemployed or have an emergency in which you may slightly get behind in your rent because the rental manager has no sympathy, compassion or understanding for anyone at all, even in a medical emergency..
