Horrible

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I stayed at this apartment for way too long. First the only reason why I moved in was because they allowed dogs and the had an apartment when I needed one. Let me say that first because this was the only reason for moving in.
The police are always there. If you ever graduated from college and want to know what living in the getto is like, this is the place for you. The police are always there because of something. Most people in the neighborhood are uneducated, rude and are on some form of state assistance. In the summer if you sit outside you can hear the women talk about how much more they can get from welfare if they have another child.
At least if the residents are aren't great then maybe the rental staff would be. Wrong.
The rental office is just an extention of the residents. They don't care about anything and don't want to be bothered with any complaints that you might have. They would rather have someone who is rude and uneducated as a tenent then a person who is quiet and pays the rent on time every month.
The say that it cost 639 for a one bedroom, but if you talk to some of the residents the cost is never the same. I am paying 675 for a one bedroom.
They try and make you make you pay for everything. They don't tell you when they are going to enter your apartment until the day after they do. And if you want to be there when they come in, well, they can't do that either. The renal office management, all of them, need to take a shower. It's really gross.
In summary, if you want to live in the getto and spend your life living off someones elses dollar (welfare), then this is the place for you.
