I moved into this place November 2007. I have a one bedroom, a bathroom apartment on the second floor. When I first moved in I wanted a few things replaced such as the tile in the kitchen and bathroom. I contacted maintenace and they were right on the case! I have no problems with them. The staff is a little slow responding to issues sometimes, but they do eventually. I wish there was assigned parking, so I could park right in front of my unit. Many nights, I have to park outside of another building and walk over to my building. It gets kind of annoying. Other than that, you can't beat this place. The clubhouse is nice and cozy were you can lounge and socialize. The rent is cheap and it does not take away from the quality of the apartment. There is also, a gym onsite that is available 24/7 for a one time fee of $50. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 7.5 because of the parking and because my apartment should have been cleaned properly before I moved in.
