I WAS SHOCKED AT SOME OF THE REVIEWS.

I HAVE BEEN LIVING ON THE PROPERTY FOR TWO YEARS WITH MY TWO CHILDREN AND HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS.

THE TRASH COMPACTOR SITUATION HAS BEEN RECTIFIED.

ITS LOCATED IN A GOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT AND I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN TREATED WELL SO FAR.

I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THE PROPERTY TO FRIENDS.
