This is not a bad place to live.
It is a typical apartment.
I rent, I do not own! I have lived in a lot of different apartments, and I can tell you that there is much, much worse then this one.
Sure, there are some problems, but nothing worth getting upset about.
Things break, maintenance fixes them.
This is apartment living, people.
If you want 5 star quality, open up your wallets, and look elsewhere.

I agree. It is a bit less roomy than some, with less storage space, but I have found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and maintenance responds quickly to problems and are polite. When my refrigerator died within weeks of my moving in, they replaced it quickly and with no fuss.
All apartments are noisy and smells travel. However, most of my neighbors try to be considerate and some are friendly. I don't feel threatened to live here.
Overall, My apartment is eminently livable and I am content to stay a while. And no, I don't work for the management, as many critics have tried to say. Maybe some of these self-same critics were just lousy tenants.
