This was our first place out of college, and my fiance and I wanted a cheap place to save up.. we lived there from june 2008 to june 2009..and couldnt even last more than 1 year here. We had a unit near the dumpsters and couldnt even have our window open because of the stench..it wasnt emptied NEARLY enough and there was only ONE dumpster for the WHOLE place. We had all brand new stuff, and kept the place spotless and STILL had roaches..we wasted hundreds of dollars on roach sprays, traps, bombs, and wasted food bcause of them.. and the weekly exterminator did not help. Every other week something else broke. And the tennis court nets were not up ONCE since we moved there! But what makes me the most dissappointed in this place was how NO MATTER what they charge you to clean your carpet and bathroom so beware..they do not tell you this. I spent my own money and over an hour SCRUBBING the bathroom spotless and shampoing the carpet..all to just get charged $225 for someone else to do it again. Don't move here.. most discusting place ever and the people there were extremely rude to me on the phone. When I complained about the deposit being taken from us..the answer was "tough"... I suggest spending a bit more for any other place!

why I'm not surprised....same thing happen to me.we lived there from june 08 to june 09 and when we moved out they charged us $ 110 claiming I did "light" cleaning! I've been scrubbing that appartment for 3 hours using clorox so evrything could be spotless (and it was )it was even cleaner then before we moved in and they still charged us. if I knew that's gonna happen i wouldn't even bother to clean it at all!waste of time and money! in my opinion they charged us that much because we stayed there for only a year(it's not economically for them to turn the apartment over every time when somebody moves out so they have to make money somehow). and my friend had been living there for 3 years ,moved out also in june 09 and got her whole sec dep. back even she didn't washed her carpet!overall this place sucks!it's not worth the money and it needs a lot of updates(everything is old and brakes every 5 min).I heard from a lot of people that building by the dumpster (G -I think) got roache and bugs so beware!
