THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. MOLDY BATHROOMS, THEY COVER THE MOLD UP WITH PAINT. ODORS IN MANY ROOMS BECAUSE OF MOLD. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. U HAVE TO COMPLAIN MANY TIMES JUST TO GET THE LITTLEST REPAIR DONE, AND WHEN THEY DO FINALLY COME OUT TO FIX IT ITS DONE HALF ASS. MANY OLD PEOPLE. ITS ALOT OF DARK AND POLISH PEOPLE. DOG ---- N CAT ---- ALL OVER OUTSIDE N ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE CAT URINE. 1 WASHER/DRYER IN THE SCAREY BASEMENT. ITS A MESS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. U PARK ON STREET N THEN YOUR TIRES GET SLICED UP.

this place is a dump. the maintenance steel from your appt and they fix stuff half ass... thats if they fix it... mgnmt talks to all the neighbors about your personal business... who pays rent late etc... dog and cat poo all over... slugs come in threw your patio door. its awful. the pipes bang all darn night in the winter. the basement is scarey its like a haunted house. i would not recommend at all.
