good value for Trenton/Central NJ area
1 BR is a larger than normal overall.

heat included
AC: 1 12k BTU unit in living room was able to keep entire 1st floor apt. temperate

Maint: I didn't need to call at all so not sure how to rate. Left it at "3" due to heat comment below.
Heat: included. No individual control but pretty reasonable. My building had a couple times of heat/HW out in spring. Was taken care of fairly quickly, but this could have been better.

Laundry: adequate and in good repair; located in one building

Quiet area; fair # of children in complex made it a bit noisy in summer in day time. Apt. construction seemed normal as far as noise through wall went: ie, not great but not terrible.

Management seems to be trying to keep the complex nice w/o being overbearing. Office person friendly. Maintenance seems helpful, once even tried to help get me in my car when I locked keys inside.

Snow removal adequate but not great.

No bugs.

Moved due to job transfer; quite likely I would have stayed a 2nd year. Rec'd full sec. dep back.
