Never had problems I have been living here for over 5 yrs. I live on a 1st floor apt & never have had any problems. Nice quiet bldg and very nice neighbors Maint comes when I call (which is hardly ever)I plan to keep living here as long as I'm able to.

S**THOLE I Signed a 1 year lease, which I backed out of paid the penalty 3 months early. It is a split level 3 floors total building, I was in the middle, the floor underneath me had flooded some years earlier and was never re built, it was not uncommon to step on my floor and feel
