Horrible I've had broblems from the start, apartment lacking untilities, door not secure. Don't even think about repairs, you can never reach the manager on the telephone or in the office. It seems that all of their other sites has this problem also.

Never had problems I have been living here for over 5 yrs. I live on a 1st floor apt & never have had any problems. Nice quiet bldg and very nice neighbors Maint comes when I call (which is hardly ever)I plan to keep living here as long as I'm able to.
