It is expensive, but worth it. Nice luxury apartment living.

I am currently an intern at General Motors, and my company placed me and my roomate here at the Waterfront. It is superb. The staff in the clubhouse are always high-spirited, and they throw a party once a month and organize games so the tenants can get to know each other better on a personal level. There is top of the line food, wines, beer, and just relaxing out at the clubhouse by the swimming pool. There are a lot of upper class individuals there. The is a river by behind the complex, which gives the compelx it's name. There are several shopping centers ACROSS THE street and movies and department stores and grocery stores.
Now to the nitty gritty, the apartment. I was very shocked to find out how spacious the apartment was. Everything looked brand new. But, we had to RENT furniture also for $250.00/month. But, a lot of people there can afford it. I have had no complaints. The clubhouse is free to rent for a day just as long as you notify the correct personal. You just have to pay to have it cleaned.
I take advantage of the weight room attatched to the club house five days of the week and watch my favorite shows.
Living here is very expensive, but is most definitely worth. If you have any questions, e-mail me at

Till then,
