This apartment is not well built, and I could even feel the apartment was shaking *whenever* a car passed by. And I was sick of that. They may give you two month-free deal or/and $500 off for the first-month rent, but don't be fooled. The rent is already too expensive, so the discount rent is still too high. In addition, you have to pay *all* utility bills which are not acceptable in Pittsburgh. There are so many good apartments which include gas and water in their rent in Pittsburgh. This apartment is not worth the high rent. During winter, it is too cold and the gas bill goes to the sky even when you want minimal heat. This place used to be a factory place, so the tab water is not clean. I had a drain cap to prevent a clogged drain. I had to clean it up every week because there was something like tar in the water. That was disgusting. Don't live here! Seriously! The staff is not helpful either.
