To live in this apartment, you need home insurance.
I've seen many apartments with broken water pipes here, so you may experience flooding from the broken water pipe during wintertime.
This apartment was poorly built. When I lived here, many apartment units had pipe freezing problems, and 911 frequently came to the apartment because the apartments were "full" of cold water. I have never heard that any other apartments in the Pittsburgh area had the pipe freezing problem too. This apartment sucks!!!
