Great - I really liked living here - the prices were very affordable as we were 3 college students. Any problems were taken care of fairly quickly and management was nice. Overpriced, Overhyped! Sure it´s nice. But management is very quick to raise the rent each year, making it one of the mostly ridiculously priced apartment buildings. If I knew then what I know now, I would have gone elsewhere.
