When looking in Nazareth PA, the Belvidere Apts are by far superior to the competition. Friendly, clean, nice caring people who run and own the complex. Compare this to the Schoolhouse Terrace Apts(SHTA) and Mt Vernon East(MVE) (55 and older)apts which are also in town. These 2, SHTA and MVE are run by FFLP #2, a local builder and Landlord. In my opinion the owner Troy Faust has an untreated OCD and his only misson is to keep your deposit. He brings his gang of thugs to intimidate you when you try and be reasonable and get you deposit back. Even after you show him you have left the unit in A-1 condition. His MO is to begin using vulgar language, and rantings when you bring up a valid point. This infront of the current tenants to try and scare them as well. If you don't mind this confrontational type management style the SHTA and MVE might be for you. FFLP's units are not priced competitively, which probally explains why his vacancy rates are high and he seems very cross.

You are so right, his father is worse! They are both Troy and Jim faust, very bitter, ugly, hateful people who only want to make others as miserable as they are. He is getting his at this time. Jim will be paying more than he knows shortly...they are both very greedy and have a terrible rap everywhere!!!!!!! I pitty them as I am very happy and no one or nothing can bring me down!!!! HE SUCKS
