Need to be overhauled for rent they are charging!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Received $45 rent increase over first year.
Appliances and cabinets are old. Carpets were stained upon move in and entrance way floor is rolling in the corners due to age.
The ceiling has large water stain circles and with several calls they have not fixed them.
Management says that their prices are competitive with other communities in the area but for the same money elsewhere you get a POOL and NEWER APARTMENTS WITH MODERN APPLIANCES...
I suggest you look elsewhere first before choosing Newtown Place. I will be moving after this lease expires.
