Does not meet expectations

Their tag line is "Luxury Apartments" and "Professionally Managed." There is nothing luxurious about the apartments and management is not professional. The appliances, cabinets, and fixtures are worn out and of the cheapest quality. The maintenance staff takes a minimum of three attempts to fix anything, then they call a professional to finish the job.
Many of the new residents are so self-involved they have no idea that they can be heard through the walls or that rules do apply to them. Parking has been a problem for years and although management recognizes their is a problem, they refuse to enforce their parking policy.
My advice is to stay away from Newtown Place and any other property managed by Quaker Group.

This person is clearly confusing this apartment complex with another. The parking is more than ample, the building is in great condition...(it was built in the mid 90's). So, management doesn't "address" this because it's not an issue at all. You cannot hear your neighbors, the grounds are great, with a 1.5 walking trail that surrounds the community. Extremely safe. Another review said this place was snobby. We heard this before we moved here, and have found the exact opposite. People are great. But, people DO suck at driving around here.
