Although the environment is nice - the back of the apartment overlooks a nice open space - management doesn't acknowledge inquires. I've appealed to learn when someone will contact me to paint ceilings areas with rain staining before the roofs were replaced, and I've yet to hear back from anyone. That was one month ago. For $1,150/month for a 2 bedroom apartment with about 1,000 sq. ft. of space, I find this disappointing. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Id like to add to this and say I have written management, inquiring about availability. Do you think they email me back? No. Their idea is that ignorance will send me the message that there are none available. I sent a few inquiries. All with the nice 'someone will get back to you'. Well, I ended up calling them just to hear them tell me no availability. Just be warned, if they aren't getting any money off of you, you are dirt under their fingernails. I hate to add this additional detail, but Newtown in general is full of ignorant people who talk and drive on their cell phones oblivious to traffic around them. Newtown, PA is basically a white yuppie ghetto. And by Ghetto, I mean people who think their blood is gold and you should yield to them and their 'precious' well-clothed children. If you like ignorance and think being a wealthy yuppie is prestigous, then you belong here. Otherwise, Yardley is not far away and the people there are nicer.
