I have lived here a year and I am surprised by the bad reviews I have read. I am able to park directly in front of my apartment everyday. There are plenty of empty parking spaces in the area I am in as well so I dont see parking as ever being a problem. I contacted management about fixing 2 small items and they were fixed that day and I received a follow-up email to make sure I was satisfied with how the items were fixed. Someone in one of the reviews complained of old carpets, cabinets'' My carpet looks brand new and the cabinets are in excellent condition. The refrigerator looks new as well. I have a full size washer and dryer so that is nice. The living room is a decent size and the ceiling fan helps a lot. I prefer to use that rather than the air-conditioning. So far my neighbors are very quiet. The area of Newtown is very beautiful and lots of shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend these apartments.
