Pretty good place overall except.... These apartments are one of the best in Delaware County. My husband and I searched the all over the county for really good apartments in a safe and good neighborhood and these are the best without breaking the bank too much. You get a lot for your money although

Pros and cons Let me start by saying that, in all fairness, this place gives you a lot for your money.
Management is helpful, and fair, although office hours are only 9 to 12pm which makes life a little difficult to get to them when you work long hours.
