Is there not even one good review'

I'm wondering why there has not been even one good review from any former or current residents at this apartment at all. There are only 2 reviews so far for years and bad ones. Other than roaches, noise, and burned carpet, are there anything worse or something good for a change' Please, someone, there must be something good to write. Or you would not be living there more than one year. What about location, safety, parking, amenities, neighbors' Are there any maintenance issues not fixed timely' Are people only more interested in writing bad rather than good reviews' I'm sure the apartments are occupied at least 75%' How else does the management suck' Is the lease agreement 'false' or 'dishonest'' Please do justice, honest people!

If I were you, I would not live here. This place is infested with ---- roaches. Parking is ok not an issue. There is no sound insulation, so you can hear your downstairs neighbor every move. If you do read the lease carefully. This neighbor hood is borderline near ghetto. The cheapest you can get in this area. The management sucks, there was a burned mark on the living room carpet the size of a quarter once i moved, they replace carpeting for the entire apartments and charged me the entire thing. So my best advice is to run away from this place.
