If you want to live some place that's relatively cheap and has great access to King of Prussia then this is the place, or is it'

Basically the lease is meaningless unless the landlord is trying to evict you. They work under the impression that we'll let you do what you want if you don't ask us to do anything for you. (Except major repairs of course)

No Heat' It will be 3 days before the heater will be fixed. But's it's only 52 degrees in my apartment. Can you give me a space heater' No, we are not allowed to do that' Can you put me up in a hotel then' No we can't do that either. So we have to freeze' Yep, that's what they told me.

I noticed that a number of repairs were made to my apartment, but I wasn't notified. They told me that they can come in the apartment any time they want whether it's an emergency or not, and notificaion isn't necessary! I thought that was illegal! Not to them.

So in my opinion I would avoid this place like the plague. There are a numbe of other complexes in the area that respect the laws. You might pay a litle more but I think it's worth it.
