No timely snow/ ice removal, no replacement of outside and inside building lights, and no repair of building siding. You can hear the siding just slapping against the building in the wind. Squirrels constantly make the crawl space on the third floor their home in the wintertime. You can be sitting in your living room and hear the rodents scurrying across the ceiling. The summertime brings bees and flying ants inside the apartment. The fall months bring these weird multi-legged creatures. In the winter, you can count on the heat malfunctioning at least twice during the season. One can complain to management, but nothing gets done to correct these issues in a reasonable amount of time- if at all. But the neighborhood is quiet and it is in a central location to the Mall, Philadelphia, West Chester and the Great Valley Corporate Center. Good luck!
