I have noticed that the swimming pool is of no use for the residents. They opened the pool around 11am and closed at 5pm last summer.For ppl who work, no one can swim except on weekends. The pool maintainence is very bad. Water is not changed often and has all kinds of dead bugs,bees and worms in it. No proper pool covering is done. Since its an open pool all the dry leaves accumilate on the top of the water and we can see the mud at the bottom of the pool. Its just waste of money to have a lifegaurd all day sitting in the sun and having no one to swim around in this dirty pool.
Have to improve the pool by 99% so that ppl can come and enjoy their swim.Check out the other Apts.If not demolish the pool and have a Gym. Dont have the pool as an attraction for ppl renting the Apts

The pool is professionally managed by Fox Pools Management. I have never had a problem with it they do a lovely job. Audubon Court is a great place to live.
