The apartments at Audubon Court are a great value for the location. They are not new but they are not old either. I can't speak abount maintenance since nothing in my unit ever broke during the 4 years I stayed here. The grounds always looked nice to me and my hall was clean. My neighbors were nice and I never had a problem getting out of the lot even during the blizzard last year. Hope this review helps.
