This place has one big thing going for it--CHEAP RENT! If you're saving to buy a house as I am, you can't find a cheaper place outside Norristown. My rent has been the same for three years. If it goes up, just go to the office and raise a stink. They can't afford to lose any tenants. Of course, you get what you pay for. The whole staff is rude and arrogant. The old man who runs the place does everything from soup to nuts instead of hiring outside help, as they do everywhere else. Maintenance doesn't exist except to make things worse. That's after waiting weeks for them to show up. They never clean the halls and laundries and snow removal is always a joke. It's too bad the owners don't wise up and send a questionnaire to each tenant asking for their approval of this place. They would really get an earful, I can assure you. If you want to save money on rent and don't mind the worst of apartment living, this is the place for you. BEWARE!
