Terrible Place to live

The maintence man came into my apartment without knocking while I was sleeping.
The hallways are nasty with dog urine and smell. The walls need to be painted really badly.
I lived on the 2nd floor, my neighbor upstairs I could hear her alarm in the morning. Her dog constantly barking and she stomped around the apartment at all hours of the night.
The other neighbors were no better. GHETTO LIVING TO A TEE!!
I moved out after 2 months!
