The manager is very nice, but they have rediculous rules here and a HUGE bug problem. I have to squish at least 3 centipedes a day during the warm months! There are always spiders.. We aren't allowed to burn candles or have read christmas trees and if we open our windows when the heat is on, our rent gets raised and they will come in to close the window and charge us 25 dollars for doing it.
