Things are changing for the good here

I have lived at Colony Arms for a while.. My apartment is great... They had some issues with things being left in the halls and walkways but the new Management has taken care of that in the short time they have been here.. I have seen them out here at night and weekends trying to get things done.. I for one am glad to see the changes...
