Well, I said that I would update my review and here goes. I have had no problems since I moved in in March 2008. Any maintenance problems that I have had have been taken care of within a day or two. All of the staff is great. The only problem that I have would be that the children tend to leave their bikes laying around when they are not using them. The management has sent out notices about this, but it still happens from time to time. Other than that, things are great here at Colony Arms!
