The best thing about Colony Arms is its management - very friendly and co-operative.The apartments are quite big but floors make cracking sound and also the walls are super thin . There's no gym or swimming pool - which is a big let down .
Colony arms had a cost advantage because they were cheaper than the other apartments nearby, but i think they have raised their rent.
If you can afford a couple hundred more bucks - then go for a better alternative.

I agree. The staff now is very helpful and on top of things. There is not all of the bells and whistles that other complexes have like a pool or fitness center, but if you really want those things, then go live somewhere that has them. I want a place where I can let my kids out to play and not have to worry about them. Colony Arms is the place for that!

I am going on my third year at colony arms and really I think a pool would be quite nice considering that the rent has consistently gone up every year. Other than that living here is nice and peaceful!
