I know that usually people only go out of their way to write reviews if they have had a negative experience but I really really loved living at Curren Terrace!

I lived in a large 3rd floor 2-bedroom with a roomate and we originally picked to live here because of convenient location and reasonable rent. She needed easy access to turn pike and worked in Conshohocken. At first we were sceptical to move to Norristown but it was more like living in Plymouth Meeting.

We lived here for about 2 years and had nothing but good service and really no complaints. The few times that I needed repairs done they were done by the next day. One time my heat did break in the middle of the night and the worker could not fix it. Still, he brought me a space heater and assured me that a contractor would be out the next day and he was.

The office staff was so nice. I remember that they even waived a late fee for me one time when I forgot to pay my rent. It was nice too that there was a grace period to pay rent so we had up until the 5th every month to get the rent in. Everyone was always friendly. The rent was a steal compared to other places in Plymouth Meeting and Conshohocken! I guess it did stink that we had to pay utilities but a lot of places you do have to now. It's worth it for a nice place I think.

The buildings were kept up nice and so were the grounds. I could never hear neighbors because the buildings were concrete. We had our own washer/dryer and own private entrance. The mail was delivered right to front door and the office would sign for our packages if we weren't home. We had walk-in closets, central air, and our own balcony.

I can't say anything bad. I have lived in several apartment communities and would move back into Curren Terrace in a heart beat if I ever had to go the apartment route again. It was great. I think it had a lot to do with the company that manages the property, Home Properties. I had friends that lived in another Home Properties managed place and they loved their place too.

Miriam no longer works in the office. And, yes, there are residents that leave positive reviews. I have lived here for over 8 years and still find it a nice place to live.
