The office manager is horrible!! I donot want to use very bad langauages against. She is one of the WORST persons you would have met in your life.
When you talk to her, it will depend on how her mood is. I think she discriminates also against people.
She does not know what is called COURTESY.
She uses the Laundry for personnel use. Of course FREE for her. But the tenants have to pay $1.50 per wash and they increase the price every year.

Even if you have a legitimate reason to vacate the apartment, they will charge you. One more thing if you break the lease... forget about the Security deposit.
Even if you have a clean apartment, she will make sure that she does not return your security deposit.

I had a friend who was staying here. He left to India for personnel reasons. This was 2 years back. I went to ask here about the Security deposit. She said that He should have given her the Address. He planned to give my address.. She said that address should not be in this building.
That was BULL ----.

My FInal get would be..... If there are no ------- in this Apartment, This Aparatment would be EMPTY.
80% of the apartments are occupied by -------.

The Maintenance crew is GREAT.

I WOULD SAY... AVOID THIS APARTMENT. THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS.

If you want to move into this apartment, make sure that the current Manager has been removed. Then you can move IN.

I am not sure about the accusations, but yeah the manager is very rude (mostly :)
