For the size and price of the apartments, you are getting a very bad deal.

The Good:

-Mailboxes.
-Shopping centers are very close by. You can actually walk and save some gas.
-Maintenance staff are very nice and extra friendly.
-Brand new laundry facilities. There are two coin-operated washers and one dryer on each floor.

The Bad:

-The apartment complexes smell like Indian foods as soon as you walk in. There are so many indian neighbors[90% & up], and I feel like I am living in India. Maybe this is a good for you, if you are an indian or want to learn a language.
-Apartment manager[only one lady] is helpless.
-It's a wide-open complex. There is NO guard on duty at night, so please install an alarm in your car if you are driving $30k car.
-Plenty of parking only if you get out of work early[before 5pm], otherwise you might need to park on the lawn. Parking space are ridiculous due to the construction.
-NOISY. I don't think they soundproof the apartments! I can hear EVERYONE from my apartment, I even hear a hum of the elevator that runs right beside my room. You can hear people blaring indian music and tv's as you walk down the hallway past their door. Basically, this apartment turns into a club after 5pm[weekdays] or 11am[weekends]. During the summer, lots of indian neighbors tend to hang out at the balcony very late at night[3am] so get your own set of good ear-plugs ready.
-Ashtrays in the hallway[1st floor]. Smokers can either deposit their cigarettes outside the complex or inside their own apartments instead of smelling up the hallway.

Summary:

If you are a deaf or hearing impaired and have smell disorders, this apartment is a perfect place live!
