First Floor Apt w/2 full baths since 6/03

Rent increased $25 after first year. We chose to rent the brand new w/d for $25/mo.
10 min to KoP, 5 min to Ply Mtg Mall.
Gas Heat highest $85/mo A/C highest $70/mo.
Everything was renovated before we moved in... the w2w carpets, the windows, the bathroom fixtures and marble tiles, the kitchen appliances. The 1300 sq ft living space is more than adequate. The clothes closet space is enormous compared to all other apts we looked at. We were happy to know that we got excellent cell phone reception in our first floor apt. Parking can be a challenge but street parking is available. The mtce men have been good to repair things in a timely manner. Intercom entry works well now. Snow removal improved greatly this year.
